2. Scope of Services
Artisan Webworks offers comprehensive digital enablement for small businesses and independent contractors, including:

Dedicated business phone numbers with call forwarding

Ongoing support, updates, and optional marketing tools

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Clients are charged a fixed monthly fee to cover service delivery and technology infrastructure.

In certain cases, additional performance-based fees may apply based on service results, subject to mutual agreement.

All fees are invoiced on a monthly basis and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service suspension after notice.
4. Service Eligibility and Onboarding

Services are available to legal business entities and individuals operating in the United States who are 18 years or older.

Onboarding requires submission of business information, service preferences, and any assets or credentials needed for setup.

Artisan Webworks reserves the right to decline service to businesses or industries that do not align with our values or capabilities.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information during onboarding and throughout the service period.

Approve deliverables and provide content or revisions as needed to ensure timely progress.

Promptly notify Artisan Webworks of any material changes to business operations, branding, or service areas.
6. Intellectual Property

Websites, designs, and marketing assets created by Artisan Webworks remain the property of Artisan Webworks until all associated fees have been paid in full.

Upon full payment, clients may request ownership transfer of applicable digital assets, excluding proprietary tools or systems.

Client-provided materials (e.g., logos, testimonials, photos) remain the property of the client.
7. Use of Tracking and Analytics
Artisan Webworks may use tracking tools (e.g., call tracking numbers, form submissions, analytics software) to monitor service performance. These tools are used for internal optimization and, where applicable, to provide reports to clients.
Clients may not tamper with or disable these tools unless otherwise authorized.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business strategies, client information, performance data, and any other non-public information shared during the course of engagement.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While Artisan Webworks aims to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, lead volume, or search rankings. Outcomes are affected by many external factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artisan Webworks shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

Loss of business or revenue resulting from delays, service disruptions, or third-party platform issues

Any issues caused by client misuse of provided tools or failure to follow recommended practices
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
11. Termination and Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

Artisan Webworks may terminate service for non-payment, breach of terms, or other legitimate cause with written notice.

Upon termination, services may be deactivated and any outstanding balances will become immediately due.
12. Modifications
Artisan Webworks reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, MA.
